BW999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one bw999 account. Duplicate accounts — created under the same name, the same national identity number, the same device, the same payment account or the same IP address — are a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bw999 will close all accounts associated with that player and void any outstanding bonuses, bets or withdrawal requests.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information at registration — including a false name, age or payment details — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your bw999 wallet upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. bw999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues or your bank's own processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable. Before your first withdrawal is processed, bw999 may require you to complete an identity and payment verification step. You will be asked to provide documentation confirming your identity and your ownership of the payment account linked to your bw999 wallet.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest, while bank transfers follow standard interbank processing windows.

• Only funds deposited from your own verified payment account will be accepted.
• bw999 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals are treated as a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bw999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. These general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the individual promotion states otherwise.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bw999 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and Test matches — football, tennis, basketball, and esports. The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on bw999.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bw999 does not accept cancellation requests for settled or in-play bets.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

• Palpable errors — such as odds that are clearly wrong due to a system or human error — will result in bets being voided at bw999's discretion. This applies even if the bet has been confirmed and appeared to win.

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, football and esports events. In-play bets are processed in real time and are subject to brief delays. During periods of high traffic, bw999 cannot guarantee that in-play odds will remain open continuously.

7. Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles on bw999 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Habanero and others. The outcomes of all slot and casino games are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. bw999 does not influence the outcome of any game.

All game results are final. In the event of a game malfunctioning — including a disconnection during a live casino round, a slot spin that does not complete correctly, or a display error — bw999 will apply the following rules:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet.

9. Account Suspension and Closure
